Why should we verify the administrative situation?

This is a document that gives a warranty for the buyer of the vehicle by providing him with information on any wages or opposition to the transfer that could weigh on the vehicle.
How long for the validity of this document?

It must be issued within a period of less than 15 days from the date of the sale to be considered as valid. It certifies the absence of any privilege for the benefit of a third party or any other obstacle whichof the vehicle, thus guaranteeing the feasibility of the transfer to the new owner.
